My Workouts!


I am going to start logging my workouts for you. This will help keep me motivated to work out each day and also give you an idea of what I do. Feel free to follow these workouts if you want, but please check with a physician to make sure you are healthy enough for this kind of physical activity.

I am going to start with my triathlon on 10/9/11 and log each day from there on out!!!

Danskin Women's Triathlon

12 mile bike ride
5K (3.1 mile) run

Hill repeats on treadmill set at 12% incline for entire duration of workout

0-5 min walk @ 3 mph
5-6:30 min run @ 5 mph
6:30-10 min walk @ 3 mph
10-11 min run @ 5 mph
11-15 min walk @ 3 mph
15-16 min run @ 5 mph
16-20 min walk @ 3 mph
20-21 min run @ 5 mph
21-25 min walk @ 3 mph

(Man, you would think that swimming would burn more calories!!!)
